We are seeking a dynamic and passionate OTC Sales Representative/Medical Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role will play a vital role in advising, introducing, and selling the company’s high-quality medical supplies.

Job Description:

• Advise and introduce medical supplies, promotional programs, and sales policies to pharmacies and clinics. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, build trust, and boost sales in the assigned region. • Develop and execute sales plans, including scheduling meetings and presentations with customers. • Submit timely sales reports as required and suggest improvements. • Provide product expertise to clients, answering inquiries and offering detailed information on product features and benefits. • Monitor market information and competitors, providing client feedback to management. • Take orders following company procedures. • Monitor and collect payments/debts from the clients. • Achieve the given sales targets. • Attend regular/ad-hoc meetings and training sessions as called by the Sales Department. • Perform tasks as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

• Educational level of Associate’s degree or above, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, or related fields. • Strong communication skills and persuasive abilities. • Solid knowledge of the OTC channel and an understanding of the medical industry. • Good time management and independent working skills. • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong social interaction abilities. • Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours based on job demands. • Experience in selling medical supplies or as a medical sales representative is an advantage.
